ST Louis Quality Living

We had an excellent time during our stay at Jack’s place. He and Debbie were exceptionally responsive to our queries. We would have no hesitation in staying again if we were in the area. The close proximity of I44 gave us easy access into St Louis for our activities there.

Debbie’s place was perfect for our family trip to Saint Louis! It was our first visit to the area and it was so nice to stay in a place that had a “home” feel. Debbie was very responsive to any questions and her place was just as described. We had more than enough room for our group of travelers and slept in a place that was comfortable and peaceful!

Debbie is a fantastic host. She provided detailed instructions for check-in and check-out, responded promptly to all messages, and was very accommodating when we needed to extend our stay. Our family loved playing in the large backyard and finished basement and the house had everything we needed for an extended stay.

The stay was good. It was a short drive to downtown, which has nice restaurants and places to visit. I liked my walks around the neighborhood. The place was very clean and accommodating with host that quickly responded to any inquiry.

Jack was great ! The most responsive, helpful host we have encountered in our many trips. It is not often we meet people who are just downright friendly and courteous. Thank you Jack !

Very responsive host. Our three year old loved the park, which was directly across the street. Our teenagers loved having their own space upstairs and in the basement. Exit instructions were simple - we will return!

This is a lovely home with a well stocked kitchen in terms of cookware and some basic staples. The yard was perfect for my dog that made the trip with me and the area was easy to take him for walks as well. Very responsive and timely to messages. Would definitely stay here again. Great location and wonderful hosts.

Just stayed here with my dog for a 2-week visit to STL. The house is roomy yet very cozy, and is furnished with everything you might need. The dog loved the big backyard as well. Great location with lots of restaurants/shops nearby. The street itself was incredibly quiet and the neighbors very friendly. No issues at all with access or any amenities. Jack & Debbie were very proactive with their communication so I really had no questions for them at all during my visit. All in all, a great stay at a great place. Thanks Jack and Debbie!

Jack’s place was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. It is sometimes difficult to find houses in StLouis with bedrooms / bathrooms on the main floor. Jack’s place has 2 bedrooms on the main floor with a full bath. Additional bedrooms (and a full bath) are on the 2nd floor along with beds in the basement. Tons of space! It was a great value for the size of the house. It was in a quiet neighborhood with a playground/park across the street. It was close to several shops and restaurants. Communication was great before the booking and throughout the weekend. If we are in the area again with multiple family members I would definitely stay again.

This stay was a great stay! We stayed for almost two months, very proactive on responding if there was issue. Very mindful of all the people in the house if they had to service the house. Overall great stay.
